Indoor air quality has become an integral aspect of disaster recovery. With improper structural drying after a flood or other water damage event, saturated building elements such as framing, drywall and various contents items can become vulnerable to fungal growth, thereby causing serious damage to property.

Our mold remediation staff obtains specialized training through programs offered by the American Indoor Air Quality Council and the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA). Our emergency water damage technicians are trained and knowledgeable in the methodologies set forth by the IAQA and the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). We use methods such as Cold Jet Dry Ice Blasting, which gets in where conventional methods can't, completely removing mold-contaminated areas in the wood and then sublimating completely into the atmosphere, eliminating secondary waste stream issues
